We are the top closers for solar in the state of Arizona. We need a couple assistants to help generate leads, set appointments, and follow through with customers. This is a commission split position where you do not have to close deals! You will reap hefty rewards for keeping our pipeline full and working with our team daily.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Position Details:

• Help residential customers save money on their utility costs by presenting the benefits of our solar services as well as the broader benefits of using alternative energy
• Generate interest from customers following our time-tested programs
• Create your own work schedule, sell in your own desired territory, in-person office meeting once a week
• Our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, our reps only focus on what they love: sales!
• 1099 independence, 100% commission

It is estimated that by 2024, 2.5% of all homes in the U.S. will have a solar installation. While that may not sound like a huge number to some, it’s a vast market to explore. To get to that number, solar companies not only have to cover a huge network, but they have to get quite a few contracts signed as well. This is where sales comes in, and for this reason, a career in solar sales may be an attractive one to pursue in the years to come.
