POSITION:

Suncor Stainless, Inc. – Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant

DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service to current Suncor Stainless and is responsible for all order related activity as directed by the Customer Service Manager for clients and partners. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will assist the Inside and Outside Sales Teams in the quote and sales process while providing sales support.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide general sales support to customers as needs arise.
• Provide order entry support to sales.
• Facilitate sales by engaging distributors and accounts with outbound emails and calls.
• Record customer issues as cases and assign to appropriate representative or facilitate customer satisfaction resolution personally.
• Provide back up and support to Sales personnel as needed.
• Troubleshoot and facilitate customer issue resolution.
• Engage with internal Product and Marketing Teams for sales support.
• Acquire and maintain proficiency in technical aspects of the product line and acquire the ability to explain and demonstrate products on demand.
• Learn and develop proficiency in all company systems.
• Provide other support sales services as needed.

SKILL AND ABILITIES

• Minimum 3 years customer service or sales support experience
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft software skills.
• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task without guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years of college
• Must be able to work 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

RATE OF PAY

• $20 per hour less applicable taxes, unpaid time off, social security, Medicare, and voluntary deductions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
