Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support to Client Associates and ensuring seamless operations within our territory. While not engaging in managerial HR tasks, you will be a key player in supporting our clients, training new employees, and handling various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
Receive and direct visitors and clients.
General clerical duties. Handle requests for information and data.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Maintain office supply inventories.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with escalation processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills to facilitate client deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle various applications.
Working knowledge of networks, digital front ends, and troubleshooting common PC and network issues.
Interpersonal skills and technical understanding to facilitate communication between specialists and non-technical users.
Requirements
Experience:
High School diploma required. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management. Communication skills - written and verbal.
