Job Responsibilities

Assume all job responsibilities associated in more effectively influencing On-Premise purchase intent among consumer in seven identified POC segments for the Anheuser-Busch brand family products.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume all specific job responsibilities related to the Brand Activation Manager (BAM) Position, including but not limited to:
  • Set up an account list (with approval) for targeted call points
  • Plan the activation, review account details
  • Prepare the account to execute promotions
  • Follow up and complete activation/market surveys that will be sent to Anheuser-Busch
  • Attend pertinent sales meetings and team meetings
• Sell in specials, new placements and promotions to retailers
• Implement relevant sales promotion programs
• Communicate retailer and consumer comments concerning competitive activity and market trends
• Track and measure all account activity
• Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy and procedures
• Any other task as requested by management

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical ability to complete all job tasks-repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously, overhead
• Willingness to work flexible hours until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions
• Become certified in the ABU BAM training classes and complete all other continued training for position
• Read, review, and be prepared to explain Suncoast Beverage Sales’ Policy Manual
• Strong Selling skills necessary as well as communication, math and computer skills
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to present yourself in a professional manner at all times and maintain and promote the integrity and quality standards of Suncoast Beverage Sales
