Title: 1:1School Nurse

Location:Watertown, MA

We are currently seeking a one on one Registered Nurseto work with a studentin the Watertown, MAarea. This position is perfect for RNs looking for a full timeopportunity that offers a meaningful and rewarding experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write and monitor health care plans
• See students at school who feel sick during the school day
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as needed
• Monitor and document the student's medical condition and report any changes to the physician and parents/guardians
• Train school staff on the student's care plan, as needed
• Work collaboratively with the school team and parents/guardians to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for the student

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• CPR and First Aid certified
Must Eligible to work in the U.S.
