Job Details:

• Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Location: Clearwater, FL
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension upon successful completion
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
• Compensation: Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience. Weekly paychecks.
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days

Job Requirements:

• Active Florida RN License
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Oasis and Homecare Homebase
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Reliable transportation

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
• Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies and preventive measures
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided
