Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, Westchester Counties and New York City. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Desktop Support Level 2 to join Solutions 4 Community Health, (S4CH) a wholly owned entity of Sun River Health. Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH) provides management solutions for health care safety net providers to improve their care delivery and outcomes, sustainability and efficiency. This position is hybrid.
The Desktop Support Level 2 position will cover New York City sites, Manhattan and Staten Island, as well as provide support if needed to Queens, The Bronx, and Brooklyn sites. Travel is necessary for this job, depending on the tickets assigned. May be required to work on-site for three or four days per week. Some days may be assigned as remote work (phone queue, tickets, projects).

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Desktop Support Level 2 provides on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and solving technical issues ensuring optimal workstation performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Create, update, and close tickets following the Incident management workflow
· Configure and deploy new machines
· Determines impact and urgency of an incident and support request to determine priority
· Escalates unresolved requests and incidents to higher tiers
· Maintain a record of knowledge/solutions within a structured knowledgebase
· Conducts basic preventive maintenance of equipment
· Execute project tasks in a timely manner
· Assists with all hardware deployment steps
· Provides off-site support on an as-needed basis
· Assists with login requests (add, changes &deletion)
· Carries out tasks assigned by the Director of IT Support Operations as needed
· Troubleshoots technical issues within SRHC environment
· Maintains IT equipment Master inventory
Education:
Experience:
1-2 years direct relevant IT/Helpdesk experience
Drivers license required
