Statement of Purpose: The Program Coordinator for Sun Health at Home will provide support to the Associate Executive Director-SHAH, and their teams. This position will work closely with various department directors across the organization, but particularly finance, sales, and marketing. This position supports the brand recognition and growth of Sun Health at Home and provides a conduit for all those considering membership and those who are current Sun Health at Home members.

- Is a role model for excellent internal and external customer service, understands customer expectations and identifies ways to continue to exceed them.
- Supports the Associate Executive Director in all aspects related to the day-to-day function of the SHAH office including clerical / administrative support.
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Takes messages when staff is not available and assure appropriate follow-up is made. Prioritizes member needs as necessary.
- Assists members and prospective members by answering questions, assisting with requests for services, directs them to additional resources, mails / email additional information, logs all contacts in the CRM/EMR, and coordinates additional steps with the sales and wellness teams.
- Maintains an accurate service provider list and coordinates requests from members for outside services. Assists with member transportation when necessary.
- Inputs information into prospect or member database in a timely manner, insuring accuracy.
- Organizes and submits accurate member billing information to the sponsor's business office in a timely manner. Processes all expenditures and all deposits received and submits them in a timely manner.
- Coordinates details related to special events such as sales seminars, member gatherings, luncheons, educational events.
- Provide support during member application process to ensure all required information is collected, recorded, and processed in a timely and accurate manner. Tracks and maintains workflows for potential members in application process.
- Demonstrate the Sun Health Vibrant Living culture and provides all customers/audience with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health behaviors (the 6 Cs) each, and every day.
- High School education. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of administrative/specialized business support services as normally demonstrated through two to three years administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills necessary for documentation and administrative tasks.
- Experience in MS Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Ability to travel in own vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance is required.
