**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a crucial member of our back-of-house staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Dishwashing:** Perform dishwashing duties efficiently and effectively, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned to the highest standards.

- **Sanitization:** Adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and following established cleaning procedures.

- **Organization:** Assist in the organization and storage of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies to optimize workflow and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff to support overall kitchen operations, including assisting with food preparation tasks and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas as needed.

- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures, to uphold food safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

- **Efficiency:** Complete tasks in a timely manner and contribute to the overall efficiency of kitchen operations to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant environment.

**Qualifications:**

- **Reliability:** Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with the ability to consistently fulfill scheduled shifts and responsibilities.

- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

- **Team Player:** Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to achieve common goals.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

**Requirements:**

- Availability for daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work 20-35 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate fluctuations in business volume.
