Responsibilities:

Account Management Support

- Maintain accurate information in the company’s CRM.

- Build rapport and strong relationships with our key contacts.

- Serve as support for our Accounts team with inquiries, concerns, and requests with email and phone correspondence.

- Support and oversee the account needs, from onboarding, event coordination, to ongoing support.

- Ensure accurate delivery of data and services to meet expectations.

Communication and Collaboration

- Work together with and assist various departments and functions dedicated to addressing customer requirements and achieving company goals.

- Assist with the development of promotional materials and communication campaigns.

Customer Service

- Order processing and fulfillment.

- Supporting customer needs with picture package details and services offered.

- Communicating effectively to ensure customers have a clear understanding of our product offerings to enhance the overall photo experience.

Administrative Support

- Completing and creating tasks internally with efficiency and accuracy.

- Receiving inbound phone calls for customer support.

- Organize and administer shipping and labeling of orders.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.

Proven experience in account management and customer service roles.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and company requirements.

Team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
