Summary:
Search, Examine and type ownership reports within one business day of receipt while
Providing customer service.
Essential Duties:
Search and Examine, type, and review 15 minimum Ownership & Encumbrance reports per day.
Search, complete and deliver all Loss Mitigation products submitted
Search and complete additional recording information
Assist other team members when necessary.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
Adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Be a person who is personable, positive, collaborative, professional & reliable work disposition
Have a willingness to learn, grow, accept supervision & work overtime.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience working in default/title insurance industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple projects in a high volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
