Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Certified Peer Specialist, preferably with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in human services, education, or a related field.
• Providers must be available for work 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm to start. (Tentative start date for this position is mid-late February 2023.)
• Mental health-related experience is highly recommended. Professional work experience related to medical documentation, customer service, clinical work, or administrative work is a plus.
• Excellent professional communication.
• Ability to work independently with exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Growth mindset, self-awareness, patience, resilience, and flexibility.
• Willingness to start as a paid intern during your orientation period (approx. 90 days). 
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• A valid WI driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required for client transportation within Milwaukee County.

This position pays $18-$25/hour.
