About the team:

As an Opioid Treatment Network Data Collection Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process within an opioid treatment network. You will work in close collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely collection of data related to opioid use, treatment outcomes, and associated factors. Your role is crucial in supporting evidence-based practices and policy decisions to address the opioid epidemic.

This position is part-time, non-benefit eligible temporary, and grant-funded. This means this position is not a permanent position within the organization but rather a position that is directly tied to a specific grant or project.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with diverse populations.

Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registration:

Job Specific Duties:

  1. Manage all data collection activities and serve as the liaison between the OTN, DBHR, and RDA.
  2. Responsible for GPRA data collection and entry required for the projects.
  3. Participate in HCA and RDA training and technical assistance meetings.
  4. Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of collected data.
  5. Monitor data collection processes, identify errors, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Organize and maintain comprehensive databases of collected data.
  7. Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
  8. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and ethical standards in data collection and management.
  9. Assist in the coordination of outreach events and other grant-related activities.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Compensation for this position is $18.40 tp to $25.69, depending on experience.
