What You'll Do

  • Maintain all corporate safety data and communicates safety messages across company
  • Administer customer safety data reporting systems (ISN, Avetta, etc)
  • Enter and maintain employee training data, including developing weekly, monthly, annual training reports
  • Maintain safety observation data and produces weekly, monthly, annual scheduled reporting
  • Maintain safety program document library and communicate safety messages across company
  • Coordinate and maintain company AED devices
  • Facilitate safety trainings as required
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding
  • All other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • High school graduate and/or GED equivalent required
  • 3 years related experience (ideally within utility construction preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with web-based tracking software
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
  • OSHA 10 certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
  • Highly motivated
  • High level of integrity
  • High level of initiative
  • Follows instructions
  • Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues
  • Able to work alone or as a team
  • Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
