Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our community. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the condominium complex, including common areas, units, and facilities.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot any electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems issues.

areas.
- Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by performing cleaning duties and overseeing janitorial services.
- Regularly inspect and maintain landscaping, watering, and pruning.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to schedule and supervise repairs and renovations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience working with logic controllers is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus
- Welding skills are desirable but not required
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills or supervisory experience is a bonus
