Summit Home Care is Hiring a Skilled Registered nurse (RN) needed for a classroom (Floating) Near Monmouth, NJ
SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for a skilled RN with experience with a Gastrostomy Tube, Trach, and Vent to float between two special needs schools (one in Lakewood, one in Wanamassa) anywhere from 2-5 days a week . Needed in the classroom to help with the students. Hours are a full school day 8:15am-3:15pm monday through friday. (no bus route)

Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
