Hours: Full school day (8:15am-3:15pm), Monday through Friday
Job Description: SUMMIT HOME CARE is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Gastrostomy Tube, Trach, and Vent care to float between two special needs schools, one in Lakewood and one in Wanamassa. The RN will provide support within the classroom environment to assist students. This position offers flexibility, ranging from 2-5 days a week with no bus route required.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized plans of care developed by our Nurse Manager
Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care
Monitor clients' conditions and provide accurate reporting
Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with provided guidelines
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state
Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
Strong staff training and customer service skills
