Responsibilities:
Implement individualized plans of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care
Monitor clients' conditions and provide accurate reporting
Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with provided orders
Requirements:
Current nursing license in the state
Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
