Summit Home Care is Hiring a Personal Assistant for Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program (CDPAP) Near Brooklyn, NY
Being a Personal Assistant in the NYS Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program (CDPAP) can be a very rewarding position as you help an individual who actually needs your help. The position is in Brooklyn for a specific person and you can work approximately 50 hours per week but the hours are flexible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with the daily living activities
- Help with meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
- Accompany the consumer to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
Job Requirements:
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
