The Customer Service Sales Trainee role works solely with potential clients by enlightening them of our daily offerings along with new promotional opportunities for the consumer. The Customer Service Sales Trainee consistently meets the efficiency standards set forth by the company and displays ownership when handling customer acquisitions and launching new client accounts. The Customer Service Sales Trainee generates, tracks, and manages their and their teams’ sales reports to ensure the firm is meeting the goals set by our existing and new clients.

Customer Service Sales Trainee Responsibilities and Duties:

The Customer Service Sales Trainee maximizes client satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.

Customer Service Sales Trainee Core Responsibilities:

• Proactively deliver customer service and sales support for all assigned leads
• Interact directly with customers in a friendly manner and educate them on available products and promotions specific to that market
• Ensure confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions
• Build strong relationships with team members, superiors, clients, and consumers
• Attend regular meetings and conferences for continuous improvement and education
• Follow all CDC and client compliance guidelines when interacting with clients and community members to ensure safety for all

Customer Service Sales Trainee Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years client management and/ or customer service with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Must be open to receiving teaching and training to understand the role fully
• Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture
• Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion
