Summit Communities, LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Meadows Apartments in Thornton, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the community.
• Completes maintenance work orders for residents (service appliances, plumbing, HVAC systems, minor electrical, gate systems, pool operations, etc.).
• On-call duties including after-hours calls and emergencies mandatory.
• Prepares vacant apartments to make rent rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance work.
• Keeps the maintenance shop clean and organized; maintains adequate stock/inventory of parts for equipment, appliances, etc.
• Delegates service requests to Service Technicians and Property Monitors
• Plans daily activities (including checking on work orders, prioritizing requests, and completing administrative paperwork)
• Manages property inspections.
• Follows and promotes company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• HVAV or EPA certified preferred.
• Experienced with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Valid driver's license and transportation required.
• Experience scheduling vendors and managing the maintenance budget.
• Able to work 40 hours and be on-call.
• Able to bend, climb stairs and lift 50 pounds.
