Summit Cleaning Restoration is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Administrator Near Stayton, OR
Summit Cleaning and Restoration is a fast growing organization providing full service emergency restoration and facility services throughout Oregon and Washington.
Position Summary / Purpose
Facilitate the timely collection of accounts receivable by managing the collections process, provide support to Project Managers and provide accurate cash inflow projections to senior management.
Act as a liaison between the customer / client, the insurance carrier and / property lien holders for the purpose of expediting timely payments while maintaining referral relationships and generating repeat business.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Insure timely invoicing on completed projects
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers
- Process credit card transactions
- Prepare weekly receivable aging report
- Prepare weekly cash inflow report
- Assist in collecting overdue receivables
- Track all customer payments
- Prepare and send collection letters
- Process monthly A/R statements
- Prepare all mechanic’s lien documentation and wavers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
