Summit Bodyworks is Hiring a RV Delivery Specialist Near Frederick, CO
The RV Delivery Specialist is responsible for guiding people through the operation of their newly acquired RV. This includes a detailed chassis and interior operations presentation and customer preparation so they can confidently use their RV. The specialist also ensures that Transwest clients receive a premium customer experience upon receipt of their RV. This person will also act as a liaison between departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communication. The RV Delivery Specialist will also assist in organizing all pre-delivery activities, including ensuring all service and detailing is complete. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stay current with all factory training, including walk-through standards and expectations.
Provide detailed instructions on the systems and procedures to new RV owners.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and service to ensure units are ready for delivery.
Detail and communicate to appropriate departments what is needed to ensure the unit will be ready for pick-up/delivery.
Ensure units are fueled, detailed, and ready from the RV or chassis shop.
Listening to client concerns and determining their needs.
Regular review of warranties and service policies.
Coordinate service or repairs needed following the walk-through.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations, at the shop division location.
Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
