Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and providing leadership to our team members. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of care and service to our patients.

Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to team members during assigned shifts
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols
- Assist with training and development of new staff members
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to maintain efficient operations
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or patients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff assignments

Skills:
- Experience in memory care or dementia care is highly desirable
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to catheterize patients, if necessary
- Familiarity with pain management techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
