Summersalt is looking for a Retail Shift Lead / Keyholder to join our retail store at the new Nashville Tanger Outlets. This individual will play an essential role in bringing our retail concept to life by collaborating with the Store Manager and team to drive revenue and assist with daily tasks that help create a seamless customer in-store experience. The Keyholder will act as a brand ambassador by bringing a welcoming energy to the sales floor each day. ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Delivers outstanding customer service and creates relationships with every guest to promote excitement about our culture, product, and community.
• Monitor sell through on sales floor and replenish as needed.
• Educate and train team on product knowledge.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships that support a productive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensures merchandise is well organized and assists with store sets, window displays, signage, visual merchandising changes, etc.
• Responsible for securing the store.
• Assumes responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty.
• Understands and performs all POS functions accurately, professionally and within Company guidelines.
• Assists with operational tasks as assigned including: shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

• 1 years of retail management experience
• Fashion/apparel industry experience
• Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS is preferred 
• Customer-centric and understands the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Extremely dependable and always punctual.
• Hard working, team player, and goal oriented
• 20-29 hours a week to maintain part-time status
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
• Ability to meet scheduling & availability expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
