Summerhill Landscapes is Hiring a Junior Project Manager Near New York, NY

We are looking to hire a talented entry-level Assistant Landscape Construction Project Manager for our office in Manhattan, located in Union Square.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for landscape construction projects.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
- When appropriate attend on-site inspections with senior project management staff to view project progress, quality and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Assist with coordination and communication with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Help maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports and correspondence. Ensure that all project documentation is organized and accessible to all members of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. OTHER SOFTWARE?
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
