Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with global colleagues to ensure all the tasks needed for a high-quality program experience for interns and analysts before, during and after orientation are in the project plan with clear owners, inter-dependencies and due dates
- Ensure risk/issues are identified, documented and assist the Early Career Lead to address
- Work collaboratively across workstreams and events to ensure a clear understanding of inter-dependencies and impacts of how tasks affect other tasks downstream and the employee experience
- Partner with the Early Career Lead and team to ensure key milestones are achieved
- Ensure a global approach is executed consistently locally, while allowing for regional/location differences, where needed
- The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta or New York
