Our ideal candidate lives in or knows the ATX area and who is comfortable working with and controlling a group of teenagers. This person is a fun and energetic leader and can think on their feet. We want to hire a person who is ready to work as a team, support the other staff and students, and have fun!

Talent Shows, 80’s night, trivia, outdoor and indoor sports, swimming, shopping, tourist attractions, ect. and that is just to name a few ideas of evening events that you might hold for the campers. We have plenty of ideas and we are always open to fun new suggestions. After the evening events, the students often wanna just chill out in the lounges and social areas of the dorm or go on rogue squad excursions around the city. It's your job to see to it they are safe, inclusive, and everyone is having a great time. Every student and everything matters.

RAs are responsible for the students when they are not in class. Class is typically 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday. The RA’s accompany the students to class on the train each morning and then are there to eat the family dinner and take them back to the dorm or out on the town after class ends.

Our entire staff, directors, counselors and students live in the dorms, and have breakfast and dinner provided.

  • The team is accountable to having fun. When you are authentically having fun, the students are also having a blast.
  • We are committed to the students achieving breakthrough results academically and personally.

  • Note about Fridays: Fridays are the cooking competition days. These days the chefs will make lunch for the students while they are working within their groups on their menus. These foods will be judged by local judges in a fun and lighthearted competition. Then students will help clean up and leave. This is always the most fun day. Parents join to watch the competition and get to taste some of the creations! On this day, the hours are a bit different and you may be called to do extra tasks during the day.
