The anticipated salary range for this role is between $142,000.00and $176,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

MANUBANK'S Governance and Risk Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining governance for how SMBC MANUBANK manages governance documentation, including but not limited to Frameworks, Policies, Standards, and Procedures. As a member of the Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") team, this individual will partner with the Governance & Practices and the Risk Management Departments within SMBC Group Americas Division ("SMBC-AD") to integrate parent company Policy and Standards at SMBC MANUBANK. You will help grow and evolve SMBC MANUBANK's current practices by defining a structure for how we receive, assess, and socialize governance documentation from SMBC-AD and will stand up a review and assessment program for assessing existing SMBC MANUBANK governing documentation for alignment with parent-company Policy and Standards.
