• Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing efforts.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the Company’s revenue and sales/marketing activities budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for overall company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field or Business/Marketing.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing Industry and its market dynamics.
