Sugartree Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Kokomo, IN
Dynasty Properties is currently accepting applications for a maintenance tech position at its Kokomo location. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week with some over time available. We offer paid vacations and paid holidays with a complete benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance just to name a few. Please have the following to apply:
1. Valid Drivers license
2. Reliable transportation
3. Able to pass a criminal background check
4. Available to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
5. Available to clear snow from the sidewalks
6. Available for rotating on call duties
7. Have your own basic tools, all specialty tools are provided
8. Knowledge of apartment and/or home maintenance required
9. HVAC experience a huge plus
10. Pay is completely based on previous experience as it relates to apartment maintenance and HVAC Knowledge.
