Consistently maintain strong product knowledge and KPI awareness. Build relationships with clients from greeting through post-sale contact. Provide clients with personalized styling expertise to create meaningful, memorable moments. Encourage and participate in team selling while taking ownership of the sales floor to ensure client experience is top priority. Maintain up-to-date client information via personalized communication regarding requests and product feedback. Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level of product knowledge. Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience. Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies Qualifications for the Position Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who takes initiative Strong organizational and follow-up skills Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. A Little More to Know… This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position. You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week. This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits. This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy. This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
