- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a hotel or kitchen setting, is a plus
