- Reviews and processes NAM ES Services pay and/or time records for hourly/other sal employee. Completes regular reporting and analysis of labor hours. First line of support for payroll concerns
- Assists Managers with correspondence and administrative documentation, support, projects and services.
- Provides direct human resource support to site employees and leaders as first line of support
- Assists managers with Hiring and Staffing tasks. Provides reports and analytical data on headcount and labor statics.
- Track plant entrance, badging and work with visitors to obtain entry into plant, Track and document all employees.
- Assists with various projects and duties as assigned.
- Utilize purchasing, warehousing and ERP systems to process purchasing requests, create purchase orders and track inventory
- Coordinates local vendor administration (vendor set-up, payments, etc.)
- As instructed, maintains applicable calendars, makes appointments, arranges meetings, etc.
- Supervises and maintains office area (Layout, functionality, housekeeping, etc.)
- Handles multiple projects and deadlines.
- Assist with various projects and duties as assigned.
- Two years Administrative/Clerical experience.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D, Homeschool Certification, or international equivalent to High School Diploma.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with existing WTS Service payroll system
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field desired.
- Knowledge of ERP purchasing system software
- Cooperative, Initiative and Interpersonal Awareness.
- Customer Focus, Detail Orientation.
- Strong organizational, written and oral skills
