SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:30 pm.
Work in client’s home Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Client material creation and preparation.
Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
Record client data into Central Reach program.
Convert appointments into billing.
Write detailed SOAP notes.
Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
Attend weekly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
Cleaning duties.
Other determined by the BCBA and/or office manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
CPR/BLS Certificate.
No criminal background.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
