Position Overview:
- Behavior Technicians have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer.
- As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
- We can also accommodate BCBA interns and provide supervision hours.
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 10:00am -6:00pm.
- Part time positions Monday-Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm with options to expand.
- Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
- Record client data in the software.
- Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
- Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities.
- Cleaning duties.
- Registered Behavior Technician.
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
- Report to the CEO.
- Report to Regional Director.
- Report to Clinical Director.
- Report to BCBA.
- Salary: $18-$20/hr. (depending on experience)
- 10 days paid vacation.
- 10 days paid holidays.
- Flexible Non-Paid Time Off.
- Company paid BACB Certification. (RBT certification course)
- Company paid BLS / CPR certification.
- Company paid QBS Safety certification.
- Discounted tuition for BCBA school. (from Purdue Global)
