As our Field Services Technician you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise by performing proactive and reactive onsite visits, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring our clients' needs are met. From delivering equipment to providing top-notch technical support, you will be a key player in our Field Services team, working closely with our dedicated managers and coordinators.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct proactive and reactive onsite visits to meet client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Deliver equipment and provide top-notch technical support to clients.
- Collaborate closely with managers and coordinators to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Perform proactive visits according to schedule, providing comprehensive written summaries and timely communication of tasks and reports.
- Swiftly address urgent client requirements through reactive visits.
- Stay up-to-date with documentation and assigned tasks, actively participating in meetings and project implementation calls to exceed customer expectations.
- Minimum of 2 years of remote and/or field support experience, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses in network administration.
- Preferred certification: Microsoft or preferred vendor, demonstrating technical expertise.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical installation of equipment at Customers sites.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s license, reliable automobile and valid vehicle insurance.
