Position Summary:
The District Manager directs overall day to day operations for their territory. They continuously train and oversee Store Managers and are responsible for all stores within their territory. They assist with day to day operational issues.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prerequisites:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Experience & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of highly successful operational management in a restaurant environment or 5 years of highly successful operational management in a retail environment. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Basic math and accounting skills and strong analytic/decision making skills are needed. Strongly demonstrated achievement in staff development and continued professional growth.
Physical: Must be able to work in all positions of the restaurant, regularly lift up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 30 lbs. Must be able to regularly work long, standing shifts, and availability to work extended weekly hours as is necessary to ensure successful operations of stores within territory. Driving will be required
