```Duties```

- Oversee all aspects of the business operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks to achieve objectives

- Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
