Role Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
* Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Assist in the testing and validation of software applications or systems to ensure alignment with business needs.
* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing analysis findings, insights, and recommendations.
* Support project managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and feedback.
* Assist in the implementation of new processes, systems, or tools, including user training and support.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments.
* Document business processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.
* Provide support for ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to continuously improve business analysis practices and methodologies.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling and data analysis.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
