Summary
As an Entry Level Business Analyst, you will leverage your core skills in data analysis, SQL, and analysis to interpret and present data-driven insights to support business decision-making. The primary responsibilities of a business analyst involve assisting in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities:
· Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decision.
· Analyze current application processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Implement changes and streamline procedures to enhance the overall application experience.
· Work closely with the business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements
· Collaborate with various departments, including HR, admissions, or client services, to understand their application requirements and customize processes accordingly
· Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures.
· Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high level information into details.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application processes, including guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
· Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
· Perform high level testing in coordination with the detailed testing by quality assurance teams.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 0-1 year of experience
· Understanding of business and IT processes
· Ability to understand document data flow, systems and interdepartmental processes
· Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
