Job Description:
Subaru Evergreen Park is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
- Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
- Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle and trim level to meet their requirements.
- Present pricing options, incentives, and financing terms to customers.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the dealership.

Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred, automotive sales experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
