Our family of resale stores is growing quickly and we are looking for a Front End Manager to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong leadership skills, flexible availability, and the desire to learn and grow with a high volume, family owned business.

More details about the position :

As the Front End Manager, you are the face of your store! You will lead the store's buying, selling, and customer facing operations. You are responsible for making every customer experience GREAT and building a team that represents our customer focused culture every day.

You are entrepreneurial-minded and see your store as your own and you take pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store and your team. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching, recruiting, and training.

You thrive at making the tough, strategic decisions that drive your business and you consistently strive for excellence.
