Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in various activities aimed at promoting our products/services, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns domestically and globally, managing digital platforms, and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, SMS, social media, print, events, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, global affiliates and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Liaise with PR agency regarding campaigns, calendarization, deployment and reporting.
  • Manage and create customer segmentation and email campaigns to drive conversions among existing customers and manage post-purchase email flows.
  • Content Management:
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia content for blog, email campaigns and social media content.
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and across all internal departments and global teams.
  • Maintain content repositories and update marketing materials as needed.
  • Calendarize, generate and deploy company blog posts for brand website and LinkedIn.
  • Update brand deck, product sell sheets and catalogs as needed.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist in managing the company's digital presence, including website content updates, email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation, and social media channels.
  • Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and track social media analytics.
  • Monthly social media and ad reporting.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Pull monthly sales reports from various channels and manage the revenue calendar.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management.
  • Monthly sales reporting by channel.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Slack, Shopify, Monday.com, Kalviyo).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Information:

  • Pay is $24 - $27 per hour, depending on experience. Minimum of 30 hours per week is required.
  • This is a full-time in-office position based in Gardena, California (South Los Angeles). Occasional travel may be required.
  • Must have a vehicle or reliable form of transportation for commuting to the office.
  • The role may involve occasional evening or weekend work to support events or campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,920.00 - $56,160.00 per year
