Overview:
As a Recruiter II, you own and recruit for multiple positions across multiple verticals to develop your skills further. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a master at organization, loves tackling projects, and wants to grow with our team. Responsible for partnering with individual managers to ensure delivery of all recruiting aspects. You are responsible for carrying various roles on your respective teams and managing all stages of the hiring process to ensure a unique and positive candidate experience. This includes delivering feedback to candidates and managers, interview preparation, pre-closure, salary negotiation, and closure.

This position is a hybrid role, 2 days of remote and 3 days in-office per week, situated in our New York City office. Remote work is not available for this position.
