StuartCo is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Concierge to join our team at The Wellington, an Assisted Living Facility located in St. Paul, MN. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, the Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued. Working Hours

Typically, every other Saturday and Sunday 2:00P.M.- 9:00P.M.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Create a positive impression of StuartCO by greeting visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner.

· Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and appointments.

· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party.

· Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.

· Keep the lobby and common areas clean and organized.

· Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.

· Performs other related duties as requested by supervisor.

Job Standards:

· High School Diploma or equivalent 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer skills

· Previous customer service experience is preferred

· A friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn

· Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors and others to achieve objectives.
