Engineering Recruiter

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Recruiter with drive and passion to fill an opening with a nationwide staffing firm offering one of the industry’s best compensation packages with great work / life balance. This is a hybrid position with three days in our Wheaton, IL Office and two days remote.

Interested candidates should have 1 years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting within engineering and project management
• Attract and source candidates through our in-house ATS, Job Boards & Social Media
• Create a positive candidate experience by guiding candidates through the qualification, selection and onboarding process
• Work cross functionally with Sales to understand and meet the needs of our clients
• Develop deep understanding of our processes and the industry and the specialized functions of all positions within the organization.

Requirements of the Recruiter

• 1 years Recruiting experience. Experience within the staffing industry is preferred
• Experience within the engineering, construction or technical background is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required
• Exceptional telephone presence, communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Experience tracking candidates with a ATS system is required
