Job Description :
This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services in the military and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide onsite technical guidance, interpret technical data, and clarify build instructions to enhance service delivery.
- Process Development : Assist in developing and refining operational processes to improve performance and outcomes.
- Inventory Management : Ensure precise inventory tracking and management for parts under your responsibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Actively participate in weekly meetings with RRAD personnel to align strategies and improve service offerings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or U.S. Army service school diploma.
- Over 4 years of experience in military platform diesel engine and heavy truck maintenance.
- Ability to pass a NAC-I background check.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diplomatically with customers and team members.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced certifications in vehicle service and repair.
- 10 years of experience in military vehicle maintenance.
