We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our company and carry out HR tasks including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative support tasks
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, record keeping and policy interpretation
- Scheduling of new employees for onboarding and orientation
- Answers routine questions regarding company and departmental operations, policies and procedures, etc
- Performs all other related duties as required and assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills
