We’re seeking a Sales Operation Associate to join our team.

A Sales Operations Associate works behind the scenes to ensure that the sales team has the tools and processes needed to succeed. They will assist in troubleshooting process issues, maintain data integrity, and work with the team to ensure that sales operations run smoothly.

Their work supports the sales team in achieving their goals and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Some key functions for our Sales Operations Associate include:

• Troubleshooting and refining sales processes
• Maintaining high levels of procedure efficiency and data quality
• Strong organizational skills, cleanliness in all aspects of work areas and attention to detail is required
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Assist with direct phone calls- inbound/outbound
• Pulling CPU orders accurately
• Assist with customer service to include order entry
• Manage returns and defective material areas and report to appropriate team members
• Label and organize extrusion areas
• Work in partnership for end of month inventory and panel stock inventory
• Raymond and Scissor lift experience is required
• Door Shop/Door Prep

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
